If I could give negative stars I would. On the strength of their CNET Review I purchased this POS company's PDF Editor product since I needed to edit PDFs for a rush project I was working. Upon downloading the software I immediately attempted to use and it completely froze up. I tried restarting, deleting and re-installing, having to mess with this useless software when I didn't have the time to do so. Nothing worked. Tried online "chat help" but there was not help available. No surprise that this POS company provides almost no customer support. So I immediately cancelled my account with them and requested a refund, only to be told several hours later, "sorry, no refunds, we don't care that our product doesn't work. Try downloading the updated version here." By that time I had already purchased another product since I couldn't wait on these idiots. So I insisted on a refund to no avail. Finally when I had the time, since they would not give me a refund, (and to add insult to injury they put me on a mailing list and began inundating me with marketing emails!) I downloaded the "new" version of their software which hurrah, didn't freeze. But it was clunky in appearance and in operation and when I tried to convert a pdf to a Word doc, surprise, it froze again! In other words, STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS, THEY EXIST TO RIP OFF THE CONSUMER.
