Do not use Lilliagirl or Pay Pal
Ordered dresses for an event, paid expedited shipping, used a PayPal discount, and received the dresses after the 10-15 days. Horrible quality, so I tried to return. No response after multiple tries. PayPal miraculously got in contact with the company and refutes my request to dispute the charge. Is Pay Pal in on this scam, too!?!?
