I ordered a truck mug on December 23 2024 Received it on January 6 2025 It wasn't at all like the description given on their website. It looks like a child painted it. There are missing parts. It is made so cheaply. Very disappointing. Now I'm waiting for a return application..how ridiculous that is. I want a simply return asap
