Saga Bands clearly takes pride in their work. Their customer service is impressive and you can’t go wrong with the amazing warranty they offer. To be honest, we noticed a hairline crack in my husband’s wedding band and they responded immediately. I was allowed to keep the slightly cracked ring and they planned to handcraft a brand new one. It was taking a bit of time for them to receive the specific materials required for that particular ring so they offered us any ring of our choice from their website to help accommodate for the wait time. We made our choice and the sent the new ring quite quickly. I’m super happy with Saga Bands and I highly recommend this company for more than the reasons that I mentioned. Thank you Saga Bands.
