I can't say enough great things about Alarm Grid. Their support is superlative. Thomas W. made the activation a breeze and answered all my questions. He even sent me alarm registration papers that my town requires. This is my third home using Alarm Grid and I've had no issues with my alarm system. So glad I went with them.
