Excellent customer service
First I want to say how much I love my HexClad pots. There is definitely a difference cooking with them. I had an issue with one of the pots and reached out to the warranty dept . In less than 24 hours everything was resolved and they are shipping me a new pot. I am extremely satisfied with this process and their customer service is excellent.
