Am in the middle of trying to get a refund from this obvious scam of a company!! I ordered a skirt and sweater for a trip I was taking. Shipping said 7-10 business days. That meant it would arrive in time. Several days before I was to leave, I saw it STILL hadnt shipped. I emailed them saying to please cancel the order, as it hasn't shipped and most likely would t be here in time. No response. I emailed 4 more times in the last few weeks threatening to refuse the package and demanded a refund. No response! I finally opened a claim with PayPal. They gave me a different email to use for the company. I emailed that as well. Just received a weird package in the mail today, return address says "Geathers Fotts, 1207 Laurel Lane, Grapevine TX 76051. I googled it and th address comes back in several complaint threads for different companies with different names instead of Geathers!! TOTAL scam!! I don't know who Rowan is sending their packages to in the US, who then ships it using USPS, but it screams SCAM. if PayPal doesn't do anything, my next step is my credit card company.
