DO NOT PURCHASE FROM S-AIRBAG
I am dissatisfied with the S-AIRBAG™ Pro Vest. I purchased it from their website in September 2024 for my elderly father. He had a fall in December 2024, and the jacket's inflators failed to deploy. To further test the product, I wore the vest myself and simulated a fall, but it did not activate. Given the critical nature of the product and its intended use, this failure is UNACCEPTABLE. I contacted them requesting a replacement vest along with extra gas inflators to ensure its functionality on the first day of use. Alternatively, I requested a full refund considering the high cost of the vest and its failure to perform as advertised. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service team via messages and emails, I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication only adds to my frustration.
