Showed up to hotel to learn I had no room booked
Terrible communication actually barely any at all, and terrible follow up. Booked a room with them for my sister's wedding only to show up and find out I had no reservation because Nessa who I booked with completely dropped the ball and was probably fired. Stay clear of this company unless you are looking to be stressed out. Worst part is when I tried to contact them, by calling and texting, they just ignored me. Never have I had this bad of service.
