Not a scam, just very poor communication!
I'm actually going against the grain of most reviews on here, but thought I would represent my experience... Order placed ok; next day shipping notification received; then nothing. A week passed, still nothing. I emailed 3 times. Nothing. Called 3 times. No answer. Then out of the blue the order was delivered 10 calendar days after it was ordered (which is actually in line with their standard shipping service detailed on the website of up to 12 working days). Item is exactly as described. Communications (lack of) is the reason for 3 stars. My experience was not a scam, as others have said, just very poor communications. So if you do order without reading these reviews first (as I did), then don't panic. Give it 12 working days and your order might just arrive... Good luck!
