Hidden extra charges
Purchased their software. A month later there is this $19.95 charge on my credit card for support. Immediately I called my credit card company and was told another $19.95 had been charged to the card. Called SuperAntispyware and was told they would not refund the charges but would cancel future charges of this monthly fee. I was unaware they were adding support to the software purchase the following month. They have lost a long time customer. I contacted them as they requested in their response to the above review. They asked for 2-3 days to address my concern. I has been about 2 weeks with no further reply.
