Order Delayed and Unanswered: Ulanzi Customer Support Issue
I am writing to follow up on my order #ULANZI130445 for the Ulanzi BP09 Camera Backpack 22L B011GBB1, placed on 7th December 2024. At the time of purchase, the item was listed as in stock. A few days later, I contacted your team to inquire about the delivery date and was informed that the item was actually out of stock and would be shipped on 28th December 2024. On 5th January 2025, I emailed your support team to request an update on my order. After receiving no response, I sent a follow-up email two days later. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received any reply. I also attempted to reach out through Facebook Messenger but received no response there either. It has now been over a month and four days since I made the payment via credit card on your official website, yet I have not received the item or any meaningful communication from your team. I would appreciate an immediate update on my order status. If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further and request a refund through my credit card provider.
