LATE DELIVERY
I have no complaints regarding the product - the Rattan CrossBody Bag is attractive and matches the advertising. My frustration arose due to the late delivery of the item and the fact that Bambooism appeared unsure of delivery status. In fact, Bambooism asked me on two occasions to rate the product BEFORE it had been delivered.
