Sales pictures deceiving
When I received my hat I was disappointed at the size of the lettering that I had paid extra for the customization. It was way smaller than what was shown on the ad/post. I emailed the company to advise of my disappointment. Their response was that their designer determines the size. I believe that what you purchase should be the same size as what is being shown to be sold. Was not happy with the responses I received from the company for what I paid for.
