I supposed to receive my order yesterday 12/1/2025, but it was said the delivery was unsuccessful, I was at home the whole day yesterday, there is no call from the courier. And then today 13/1/2025 it was shown delivered at 3.24 pm but the parcel was not received, no call or picture was sent to me showing it was delivered, I managed to speak to the courier and he insisted that he put it in front of my door, and asked me to check the picture he send, I said there is no picture, then he said his Whatsapp got blocked, there is a bag hanging at the door, why not put it in the bag if he really did send it. I want a respond from your side ninja van.
