False advertising and horrible customer…
False advertising and horrible customer service! I ordered a keepsake travel box as a gift, and it’s shown with a sweet map drawing on the plexiglass front. The images in the reviews also show the map. I received a plain shadow box that looks nothing like what they who’s on their website and in the reviews. When I called them on it, they said the map isn’t in the description of the item—but it’s on the boxes in the reviews? C’mon. They offered me a discount but that’s it. And when I tried ti leave a review on their site, you could only leave one with five stars! DO NOT buy from this shop!
