Hidden Customs Charges
I recently ordered the OBSBOT Meet SE webcam from OBSBOT, and I am extremely disappointed. What seemed like a straightforward online order quickly turned into a frustrating experience. After placing the order, I was hit with a ₹2,220 customs charge via FedEx, which is nearly 30% of the product's value. This outrageous fee was never mentioned at the time of purchase—not even a warning or estimated cost. Had I known about these hidden charges, I would never have placed the order. The total cost ended up far higher than expected, and I could have easily purchased a better product locally at this inflated price. It feels deceptive and misleading.
