All depends on who you talk to!!
I gave PWI 3 stars because it all depends on who you talk to. To make a really long story short, I have been dealing with PWI for a year and a half for transmission issues with my 2017 Ram 3500. IF you talk to the right person, like claims adjuster Steve Stefanowicz, PWI is great to work with. However, not everyone at PWI is like Steve. Some are just downright rude and not enjoyable to talk with at all. That being said, I am very thankful that I have an extended warranty on the truck but I've purchased 3 warranties since and none of them have been with PWI. If everyone at PWI was like Claims Adjuster Steve Stefanowicz, I would have no problem buying PWI products in the future and recommending to friends and family.
