Product received but remote was lost
Product received but remote was lost, contacted the company but they didn’t care. Pushed me from one business to another which was strange. They made excuses and now nothing has been solved and I’m without a remote. Very poor customer service. Edit ; not received any email or communication so I don’t know what to say about this apart from I’ve sent 7 emails and no response yet here you are saying you have. I would like the email sent to my address
