I ordered a pair of shoes 1/1/25
I ordered a pair of shoes 1/1/25. It is now 1/17/25 & I've yet to receive the shoes, a tracking order for the shoes or anyone to contact about the shoes. They were to be a birthday gift. The birthday is 3 days away & no sign of shoes. I don't know if this store is fake or just bad service but I can't get an answer through the phone #, no customer service to contact & the last msg I received was "someone" telling me about the verification process (that was on the 9th). Unless you have extreme patience or money to burn - DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY/SCAM whatever they are. I've had to report to my bank about cancelling any further money to them. Definitely unsatisfied customer - BAD BUSINESS
