I recently used Laytrip for a flight, and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. First of all, they only book one-way trips, which is incredibly inconvenient. This resulted in multiple confirmation codes that I had to manage, making the whole process a confusing mess. I spent way too much time just trying to get everything organized. To make matters worse, they booked the cheapest option available, which I guess was to be expected, but it meant that my wife and I were not even seated together on the flight. That's just unacceptable, especially when you're booking through a third-party app. I really should have known better than to trust a service like this, but I figured it would be a convenient way to book our travel. Big mistake. I won’t be using Laytrip again, and I’d caution anyone considering it to look elsewhere. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing.
