I have the same experience as many of these reviews… Ordered what I thought were UGG slippers in mid December and received what seemed to be a fake tracking number after complaining. I literally just received them in the mail and they are fake. Horrible chemical smell, the back is much higher than original UGGs and the bottom has a different print. I was given an option to return these for store credit, ha! Will be trying to get my money back.
