Company denied two year warranty…
Company denied warranty documented in receipt and their previous commitment to refund when the issue was documented. They issued me a refund via PayPal and withdrew it when I pointed out that it was not the full refund amount for the router. They tried to deduct an additional amount from the refund for a service that was included free with the purchase. When I disputed this refund amount to FlashRouters they reversed the PayPal refund without explanation and now have the router (which I paid return shipping for at their request) and refuse any refund. Router consistently failed. Update, PayPal intervened providing the full refund. I never received any support or response from Flashrouters.
