SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS! I had the same experience as the other reviewers. They took more than I was meant to be charged from my account and my order has not arrived. Their customer service is clearly being provided by AI or monkeys. Either way they scammed me out of £60 and continue to send infuriating unsigned off emails like this: ‘You can look for it at the local parcel storage station, or the parcel storage point in the residential area‘ You can tell they are not a legit European company. What a joke. Any recommendations of how and who to report them to would be appreciated. My threatening email don’t see to do much.
