Very intensive
Very intensive! In the last day I was really exhausted but… they pushed my boundaries and throw me from my comfort zone. The thing what we did here very touchy. You will need to go to the deepness of your heart and bring everything to the room, and thennn speak about it, and then understand , and then let it go.. In start I was supper skeptical, but now I am thankful for trainers and all people who shared same experience with me !
