Great Experience Overall
Bought a VGN Dragonfly F1 Pro, it's been shipped and the support is so kind and helpful. I will definetly make future purchases from here if I need to. I live in a country where shipping from abroad is kind of a pain in the ass ( aka Turkey ) but the process looks quite straightforward thanks to their help. Their work hours are weekdays as you would guess, you need to wait until it is monday for them to ship your product which happened to me since I forgot it was saturday and made a purchase lol. So in short great site, great support, prices are generally the same all around too. Kudos to them! UPDATE: It arrived and I've been using it for 2-3 days without any problem whatsoever and hope it will be thay way
