Terrible comunication with RedAwning
I booked my stay through booking.com. After paying, "RedAwning Vacation Rentals" started bombarding me with dozens of emails, and one of them said that if I didn't register through some verification website, they would cancel my reservation. So I registered and contacted RedAwning to see if everything was OK. When I wrote to them on chat, they couldn't find my reservation, I sent them proof of payment, they finally found me, Then my standard email and phone weren't enough for them. They wanted a different one. So I cut off communication. In the end, the accommodation was ready and great, but the communication with RedAwning was terrible.
