Formerly a great company
I've supported MOFT since their first Kickstarter project, and I thought that they were really innovative company. I've liked several of their products, but unfortunately, they are now a complete disaster when it comes to customer service. On their last crowdfunding campaign, I purchased two iPad covers, and one of them was the wrong version. I shipped back that product at my own expense, and they were supposed to send me the correct version. It's been five months since that happened, and they have ignored more than six attempts by me to get a response from customer service. I believe this company is going out of business (or in some other state of crisis) and wouldn't advise anyone to purchase their products. UPDATE: I'm adding two stars back because, after 6+ months their customer service finally got back to me. They refund me, and sent me a replacement case. It took far too long, but I will give them credit for finally making it right.
