Long delivery period
Honestly very disappointing, subscribed for a phone with specified shipping timeframe which was reasonable at the point of order. Even received updates that there is confirmation that the order will be delivered within the shipping range. However, 2 days before the end of the range, came the update that the shipping is delayed. As an user who ordered a phone to replace a missing phone, this delay caused significant inconvenience.
