I ordered this puzzle as a xmas gift for my child - “Last Day Promotion 49% OFF-Metal Puzzle Ring,Educational intellectual Toys IQ Toys,Metal Brain teaser Puzzles × 1 A+B+C” - off of Facebook and paid an additional $14.99 for shipping. I received email confirmations. Gift never arrived and now the rationalu website is gone. NEVER order products from vendors Facebook. UPDATE: I finally received an email from support 1/21/25 suggesting the package was en route, but I also use a security software app that says rationalu’s website contains malware. Buyer beware.
