Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support – A Disappointing Experience
I recently used OffGamers to purchase a Steam Wallet card (40516373), which was advertised as being delivered instantly upon payment. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite completing the payment more than 24 hours ago, I have yet to receive the wallet code. This delay is unacceptable for a service that promises instant delivery. When I contacted their customer support, they offered two options: Cancel the order but only refund a partial amount, citing "service charges" as non-refundable. Issue store credits instead of a refund. Neither option is reasonable given that I did not receive the product I paid for in the first place. To make matters worse, when I replied to their offer, they stopped responding entirely. This experience has been highly frustrating and unprofessional. I cannot recommend OffGamers to anyone looking for a reliable platform for digital purchases. Edit: as of 17/02/2025 they have refunded the full amount
