By Alibaba site, we came in contact with Daisey, for importing Aluminium scrap wire in India, after all cheting, Daisey Issued PI at $1400/ton for 3 tons total $4200, we paid $2100 for 50% As per 10 days loading period, 18 days passed, we asked for loading status, they replied that $1000/ton price nearly doubled increased. As per agreement, they are not ready to give material or not ready to refund. This is systematic way of cheating.
