I bought MR fone because I lost my password to enter the phone but the software was completely unusefull. To connect the phone with usb the password to unlock the screen was needed to confirm the connection so it couldn't work. The support is absolutely unuseful ea well keep on saying to try this and that but nothing worked and they didn't refound the money spent.
