A Magic Pro success.
I love my Magic Pro and I use it each day, mostly at night for lower back pain. Recently I had a situation that the main unit was making a new noise that was not normal. I contacted you, Cheryl, and in my description of the problem, you tried to help me fix what was causing the noise. Technically, I was unable to complete what needed to be done to clear the problem. Thankfully, it was determined that a new main unit would be sent to me, in return for sending back the original main unit. I am very pleased with Cheryl's attention to detail, and the assistance of others in her department, to solve my problem. Thank you all so very much for creating a wonderful Magic Pro success for me!
