Wish I could give zero stars
Wish I could give zero stars! Their ads are deceiving. I ordered 5-in-1 chopper (10 blades) but got 3-in-1 (only 6 blades). I ordered beige, and according to them, that color only comes in 3-in-1. It does not say that in the ad and my confirmation clearly says 5-in-1 beige. Their video even demos the beige, showing 10 blades. All I get are apologies for not getting what I expected, no mention of them not sending me what I paid for. I simply asked that they send the additional blades, but of course they can’t do that. They continually insulted my intelligence by telling me I ordered the wrong thing then had the audacity to offer a paltry percent off if I reordered the “correct” item. They will never get another penny from me and I suggest BUYER BEWARE for anyone else contemplating a purchase from them. DON’T DO IT!
