Need help to report to crypto fraud investigation agency
originallyHyMall sold its business to asto-shop (dot) com claims to operate as TESCO online selling various goods. Since my account was sold to the so-called Tesco operating as asto-shop (dot) com. After the Acquisition, I applied to withdraw my funds $70,000 (of $77K) May 1, 2024. Upon various communications with customer service, I was promised that my phone should be returned on September 30, 2024. Almost 290 days have passed, but no DISBURSEMENT to my digital wallet. BUT so far my money has not been returned. I have gotten tickets multiple times on that site, and still no action. NOW, customer service seems to have disappeared as it does not respond to my questions regarding disbursement. If you know how to reach the owners doing business as TESCO/asto-shop or other TESCO with website like terscos (dot) teascory (dot) com
