Still waiting for delivery after 6 weeks
Six weeks ago I ordered and paid for coffee from Illy. I'm still waiting for it. I tried phoning and they cut off the call as I was navigating the preliminary menus. I emailed customer service, attaching my order confirmation, and I am still waiting for a reply. Good coffee - but I won't be buying direct from them again.
