M7 Pro. Have been appealing to 'Support' (loosest possible terms) since the 4th Jan. The Bluetooth stopped working abruptly and has now disappeared altogether so guessing hardware related. I have managed two holding responses and then absolutely nothing. I have emailed every possible address on the website, but literally no one cares! I wish I had read some of the other reviews before purchasing!
