I am very disappointed with both the product and the support I received. After creating a trial account, I followed the instructions to create a video with an avatar. However, when I attempted to view the draft video, I was immediately redirected to the payment options. As a result, I was unable to evaluate the trial video I created. When I reached out to customer support, I received an unsatisfactory response stating that the trial account has limitations. This explanation doesn’t make sense, as it prevented me from fully testing the product before deciding whether to purchase it. Due to this lack of functionality and support, I will not be moving forward with purchasing the product.
