Worst online site I have ever used, Been with them on and off august to January never a hassle and then all a sudden they will not authorise a withdrawal , this is day number 10 fighting with them Never get to speak to any1 only on computer , still refusing to let me withdrawal from My account after a win even after sending 20 documents off bank statements and photos off debit card And then self excluded me so I no longer have access to my account or my money , I am now contacting solicitors As I tried to make complaints and speak with management with no success STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY IS WORST IVE EVER USED
