I purchased a protective vest advertised on television for $54, but what I received was a completely different item in a different color and of lower quality than advertised. I immediately contacted the seller by email to request a return, but I never received a response. This has been very disappointing, and I expected better service since it was promoted on television. I do not recommend this product or company due to their poor customer service and misleading advertising. . Never trust anything on TV and Youtube
