Satisfaction guarantee not honored
BarxBuddy website’s claim for a 30 day satisfaction/return policy is not legitimate. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK! BarxBuddy did not work for my furbaby and I made 3 attempts to contact the company to return/refund. My messages were completely ignored despite the fact that I contacted them 7 days before the return window closes. I now have to go through the hassle of getting PayPal involved to facilitate my return. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
