Ordered items that weren’t even in stock and was never notified. Instead of fixing it, they tried to make me buy something else. Customer service is nonexistent, no response via email or chat. Completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs DON’T DO IT!!!!!! In response to your reply below…do you know how many times I have emailed you? I get an automatic reply to go to my account and only offers me an exchange. I have not received an acceptable response to date. Per federal consumer protection laws, since you cannot fulfill my original order due to stock issues, I have a right to a full refund to my original payment method. I do not authorize a substitute item and requested on multiple occasions you refund my money.
