Return an item
I ordered a keyboard, which had a qwerty lay-out, but I use azerty. When I wanted to return the keyboard they told me that I have to send it to China, whilst having ordered it from their warehouse in the Czech Republic. They also told me: "Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and if there are any customs duties when we receive the parcel, you will also be responsible for paying them." Which means that the cost to return the product will be more than the product itself. I find this unacceptable.
