I have been waiting on the rest of my order and it appears no one cares. I placed and order on December 7 and it is Jan 30. Still no package! What is worse is the customer service is absolutely horrible. Until Tuesday I continued to get a standard email about my package saying someone would get back to me. Once I did get a response they said it was lost and it would be replaced. So now it will be another 20-25 days before I get the replacement. No sorry for the inconvenience we will give you a refund or parties refund, nothing! I will never order from this company again and will definitely tell anyone that I can what a terrible experience I have had. Absolutely unacceptable!!!
