My husband and I frequent the Beach Blvd Biloxi Location, We feel like family there. All the wait staff work very hard to get the orders out and are efficient. Karla, Keisha, Trilla, Louanne and Buck and all the others are great wait staff and very welcoming. Our food is always satisfactory.
I want to start out with we were scheduled to have someone come out and fix out front window. The day in time was for Sunday the 10th at 9 am. We waited and waited and no one showed up!!! To add insult to injury I called customer service and was told to wait till at least 9:30. I have not experienced customer service this bad ever!! Angies list had got to be one of the worst I would never trust it again!!!!
