Do Not buy from this reseller. I suspect that they sokd coubterfeit bag Delvaux to me, there is no code on the bag none, zero, hardware is mixed it was declared it is silver ( palladium) and it arrived mixed as knobs and written letters are in yellow gold, and only buckle is silver color. After delaying for 2 weeks with any answer. They gave simple BS answer and we assure this bag is real , lol ( i have emails to copy if neeeded) I asked to provide detaild if bag was altered and source where they got it , answer is zero ignored.. after thst they say 2 weeks gap is passed and I can not return already although 1st CS told me thdt they extended my return due to this situation. Its a BS website who sells counterfeit items. Abd Yes Im going go declare to BB this website to sell counterfeit items. Updates from 08/11: So rebag fired or made email of 1st CS unresponsive. I asked certification proving /claiming that bag was not alterered in no way ( not get any answer on it), NO CODE detected and CS(3rd one in the row, located outside of USA most likely) told me they dont have one, And no answer for any certificate onfirming that bag was not altered.( bag has platinum buckle and yellow gold other parts - counterfeit red flag), they cannot confirmthe approx year/s of production, they do not give me manager in NYC to resolve thids issue, and they claim that refund is not possible and i can only resell it to them for a reduced priuce - lol - possibly counterfeit bag! and 1st CS told me that refund dates will be extended ( so they are not!) Im going to get a legal case in NYC, out of this case)
