I have been waiting on order 27501…
I have been waiting on order 27501 and it appears no one cares. I placed and order on December 16th for two bible covers at $95 and it is Jan 30. Still no package! Customer service is absolutely horrible. I get a standard email from Jennifer. She said it was delayed, then lost and it would be replaced. Now she wants to send me two bible bags. I don't need a BIBLE BAG! They also wouldn't replace a previous order that the wrong size. That was a total of $75 and all I got a $30 gift card. I will never order from this company again and will definitely tell anyone that I can what a terrible experience I have had. Absolutely unacceptable!!!
