A horrible business practice
A horrible business practice. Avoid doing business with them all cost. They renewed my ad and charged my card without any notice or notification. After discovering the charge, I reached out to take down the ad. They declined and were exceptionally unhelpful and rude. Had to block my card to prevent further charges from them. Now they're pestering me via SMS, mail and threatening with debt collector service. A truly horrible experience.
