Hi Seagull vip team. Thank you for taking the effort to check on the customer service experience. I am pleasantly surprised that the parcel arrived much earlier than expected. I am very happy with the service as I am able to have the Seagull 70th Anniversary Split Second Chronograph arrive before the Chinese New Year. DHL Express kept me informed of the situation and delivery every step of the way. There is still room where Seagull Watch Company Seagull for improvement can provide more information of the watches it has posted available on sale. As an example and with reference to the 70th Anniversary Split Second Chronograph. The ability to produce this watch represents a significant milestone in the watch making progress Seagull Watch Company has made in her 70 years watch making journey. Nothing is mentioned about whether the sapphire crystal has non refractive coating applied. ( I think for a watch at this price point and if Seagull Watch Company wants to show the watch collecting world that it is upping its game, then the sapphire crystal should have non refractive coating. This also helps in producing great pictures of the watch. The card that comes together with the watch, does not indicate the serial number nor the Number of the watch given that this watch is limited to 500 pieces only. I have enclosed a video. It shows after putting the watch into the box, the box cannot close tight. All these shows that the Company has not given greater care and attention to a watch of such significance and price point. It seems to give the impression that the Company treat allwatch the same, regardless of the price of the watch, US$300, US$3500, all the same. Sigh. If the Company wants to attract more high value customers who are willing to consider higher priced watches, then I think the Company has to re-evaluate this aspect. Nonetheless, the watch did not disappoint. I love the watch and look forward to the Company producing more great watches to showcase Chinese watch making at attractive price points. I wish Seagull Watch Company is able to make more breakthroughs and greater success in 2025 and the more great years ahead. Franz
